What you’ll learn
- Introduce yourself to a new team in four clear sentences and answer the two follow-ups that always come
- Ask a manager for leave with dates, a handover plan and a polite close, and respond when the answer is not yes
- Disagree with a colleague using acknowledge, concern, alternative, without sounding rude or backing down
- Give a status update as done, doing, blocked, with one number and one ask, in under a minute
- Calm an angry customer with a listen, acknowledge, act sequence and a concrete next step with a time
- Negotiate a deadline by naming the constraint, offering two options and confirming the agreed date aloud
Skills you’ll practise
This course is for
Working professionals and freshers who must speak up at work.
Seven real workplace moments, one per lesson, each a live roleplay with an AI tutor who plays the other person: your first day with a new team, a manager you must ask for leave, a colleague you disagree with, a stand-up status update, an angry customer on the phone, a deadline you cannot meet, and the small talk before a meeting.
Each lesson gives you three sentence frames, then makes you use them under realistic pushback, with Devanagari glosses when you get stuck. Run any scenario as a 5, 15 or 30-minute session; longer sessions rotate through harder variations.
