Plus is the monthly plan: 20 voice minutes every month on any lesson, tutor or practice session, multi-AI panel interviews included, detailed reports with model answers, custom interviews for any role or company, challenge mode, a retry of any single round, PDF reports and progress sharing. ₹149 a month, cancel anytime; yearly is pay for 10 months, get 12, with 240 minutes credited up front.
The minimum top-up is ₹100 for 20 minutes. Larger packs add bonus minutes — ₹499 gives 110 minutes (100 + 10 bonus) — ₹999 gives 220 minutes (200 + 20 bonus). The ₹999 pack gives the most bonus minutes. Top-up minutes work on every voice lesson, AI tutor session and 1:1 interview practice session, on any plan.
No — panel interviews come with Plus (included every month) or with a Panel Pass (₹99 for one 20-minute panel with report, 3 for ₹249). Top-up minutes cover everything else: lessons, tutor practice and 1:1 voice interview practice. A pass does not use your voice minutes.
Time connected live to a voice tutor or a voice interviewer, in a lesson or an interview practice session. Browsing courses, setting up an interview and reading your reports never use minutes. Unused Plus minutes roll over for 1 month; top-up minutes keep their own validity (90 days on ₹100, 180 days on ₹249, 365 days on ₹499, 365 days on ₹999).
Yes. Yearly means you pay for 10 months and get 12. Buy yearly whenever you like: the year is added after the month you have already paid for, so no days are lost, and the year’s 240 voice minutes are added to your balance straight away. Plus never renews automatically — you pay for each period yourself, with no auto-debit.
If you have used up to 3 lessons or practice sessions, Plus is refunded in full within 14 days of payment — request it from the Billing page or by email. With more sessions, the refund within 14 days covers the unused days of your billing period. Top-ups are refundable within 14 days if no minutes have been used, and Panel Passes for the passes you have not used. The refund policy has the details and worked examples.
Yes. Every paid order comes with an invoice, and we support purchase orders and annual billing for schools, colleges, coaching institutes and corporate L&D teams. Englio is not registered under GST at present, so no GST is charged.
